WORKING PLANS and SPECIFICATIONS will be needed for council consents, project estimates, sub contractors, suppliers & even landlord approval.

 

It’s not until you get working drawings & specifications on construction

details, materials, lights, signage, plumbing, fittings, finishes, flooring,

frontages, counters etc.,  that you can get your project priced and arrive at

a budget with any accuracy, or get work started to meet that crucial

opening date.
